Good game but after countless hours

I ranked up to an insane level. Dozens of hours, and one day....my account just reset. I tried to recover it but it was just gone. I didnt play for at least 6 months after that. Just played for half hour again tonight. Still a fun game, but I feel like its wasted effort because I could just lose it all. Only plus is I never paid for anything do game is free, for free, a character reset is just something to be accepted.
